Let's see how Fast Eddie acts when his boy is NOT the focus of attention. A Whyte rematch is a snorer and if, in fact Chisora pulls off the upset, it's even worse. There is no one else out there for a big fight than Fury and/or Wilder.

Direct rematch, which puts the mandatory on hold.leejonesjnr wrote: ↑07 Dec 2018, 18:22No, it’s been approved not ordered. They will allow Wilder a second voluntary defence without stripping him for not boxing Breazeale but he doesn’t have to

Wilder would lose all credibility if he turns it down - unless of course he takes AJ...oogiebe wrote: ↑07 Dec 2018, 18:24Direct rematch, which puts the mandatory on hold.leejonesjnr wrote: ↑07 Dec 2018, 18:22No, it’s been approved not ordered. This fight will happen. AJ will just have to watch and wait for his real payday.skanksta wrote: ↑07 Dec 2018, 18:25Wilder would lose all credibility if he turns it down - unless of course he takes AJ...oogiebe wrote: ↑07 Dec 2018, 18:24Direct rematch, which puts the mandatory on hold.leejonesjnr wrote: ↑07 Dec 2018, 18:22

The money that can be generated is finite. A contest with Fury or Wilder will generate good money but not so much more than any recent Joshua fight to be called ‘a real payday’ as if it’s something unprecedented

Definitely not unprecedented but it will be plenty large.leejonesjnr wrote: ↑07 Dec 2018, 18:56The money that can be generated is finite. Easily I’d imagine. Didn’t he earn £3m for Whyte in a British title fight? That’s bigger than Wilder and Fury’s best paydays before they fought each other!
He was probably on similar money for the fights up to Wlad, then he must have taken £15m from that. Similar for Parker and I’ve read he was looking at £20m for Povetkin!
He’s probably earned over twice as much as Fury and Wilder have combined.

Looking like The WBC have ordered an imidiate rematch, guessing both fighters are going to want a rest, especially Fury, guessing the fight will be next summer now, which kind of freezes Hearn and AJ out, there isn't a fight out there for AJ as big as Wilder V Fury. Maybe he'll fight the winner end of next year
Re: Hearn (Barry) says no to 50/50 split AJ/Fury
Fury was saying he wants the rematch at Old Trafford next summer. Be handy for you if that comes offNightmare Roy wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018, 09:39 Looking like The WBC have ordered an imidiate rematch, guessing both fighters are going to want a rest, especially Fury, guessing the fight will be next summer now, which kind of freezes Hearn and AJ out, there isn't a fight out there for AJ as big as Wilder V Fury. Yeah I'd definitely be going if it's anywhere in the uk, just watched to fight again, think Fury won by a country mile, but the next fight will be better, both guys will be improved.Stuarty wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018, 09:42Fury was saying he wants the rematch at Old Trafford next summer. Few of my mates on the group chat were saying the same this morning bud. I'd well be up for going if we could get tickets.Nightmare Roy wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018, 09:53Yeah I'd definitely be going if it's anywhere in the uk, just watched to fight again, think Fury won by a country mile, but the next fight will be better, both guys will be improved.Stuarty wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018, 09:42Fury was saying he wants the rematch at Old Trafford next summer. I rewatched the fight again last night and how anyone can see anything other than a Fury win is beyond me. That prick that had it for Wilder would've had Deontay winning even without the knockdowns ffs! That's scandalous!

Definitely, I saw the interview with people at Mayweather gym, half said Wilder won it because of The knockdowns, complete balls, that's only two points, if it's scored properly each round should be looked at as a fight in itself and Fury won nine of them easily IMOStuarty wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018, 10:02Aye that pricks pockets would've been bulging on the way out the Staples Centre last weekNightmare Roy wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018, 10:00I, bet he's having a nice xmas this yearStuarty wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018, 09:59

To bring this pity party back to reality; if the KDs had not happened it would have depended on who the Mexican judge scored those two rounds for that would have determined whether his card would have been for Wilder, Fury, or a draw.Stuarty wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018, 10:02Aye that pricks pockets would've been bulging on the way out the Staples Centre last weekNightmare Roy wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018, 10:00I, bet he's having a nice xmas this yearStuarty wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018, 09:59

1. 115-113 Wilder = if the KDs did not happen and he scored both rounds for Wilder.
2. 114-114 Draw = if the KDs did not happen and he split those rounds between them.
3. 115-113 Fury = if the KDs did not happen and he scored both rounds for Fury.
4. If the KDs had not happened, how the Mexican judge scored the fight would not have mattered. It would have been at minimum a split decision for Fury and quite possibly a UD.
Conclusion = the Mexican judge’s card was entirely legitimate. There was no robbery.
Resume pathetic pity party.
Re: Hearn (Barry) says no to 50/50 split AJ/Fury
Hardly a pity party. It's my opinion Fury won the fight clearly knockdowns or not. Wilders body language at the bell said it all. He thought he'd lost and he should've. The cards were abysmal.ironbeard wrote: ↑08 Dec 2018, 10:20To bring this pity party back to reality; if the KDs had not happened it would have depended on who the Mexican judge scored those two rounds for that would have determined whether his card would have been for Wilder, Fury, or a draw.
