I like both guys, I don't have a dog in this fight. I don't think that Fury deserves 50/50 based on facts, logic and reasoning.

The humble sound bites has sold quite well so far. Its AJ's in-ring exciting style that is what people pay to see anyway, Fury is the better talker but people pay to watch people fight not talk. As brilliant as Fury is he's not actually exciting to watch, purists and hardcore fans can appreciate his skills but its the casuals who are the majority who buy the PPV's and they prefer a KO artist like AJ.

I agree to an extent mate aye, AJ is good to watch most of the time. The Parker and Takam fights were AIDS though.

As far as PPV goes, I think they'd do a lot more because of Furys talking and antics etc....

The casuals lap up all AJs humbleness but it bores me to fuckin sleep man. Dereck Chisora should take him for a table flipping course or something

after Furys fight against Wilder they both need each other so yes 50/50 is fair. Fury needs Joshua for the biggest payday (not that he seems bothered about that side of it though). Joshua needs Fury to prove that he is number 1 in the division.l (he ain't the man till he beats the man).
Will he get? Course he won't, I think he will be lucky if he gets 60-40

Joshuas best bet would be just to tell him talk is cheap and that he’ll knock him out. Any head to head etc, be ultra aggressive, head in etc. When Wilder was putting it on him a bit Fury was sort of backing down a touch, moving from side to side and making light of it.
Joshua has two choices, play the ‘respectful champion, I’m looking forward to the test’ etc or just go all out aggressive and take any chance to make it a bit physical. Have little doubt outside the ring Fury has much to bother Joshua, but it wouldn’t sit well with his Mr humble image ( which I think is actually who he might be after all )

Certainly be an interesting build up!

But it's not just the money split. It's the numerous other demands that the fighters holding the purse strings want that are more detrimental. They are the demands that skew the performances, not the money.
