Deontays constant moaning....
Re: Deontays constant moaning....
Wilder looked like he knew, he had lost, from the first seconds after the fight's end. The excuses are still coming one after another.

Damn I started this thread in good faith and it's got ugly real quick. Like reading comments on YouTube lol.

I wonder how Wilder will take it that Fury is ahead of him in Ring Magazines rankings as apparently none of the members of their rating panel thought Wilder won lol

All this hater stuff is getting out of hand if
you can't even share your opinion on the outcome of a sporting contest without being accused of being one.

I can't help but wonder if soon we will get a "he only got a draw because he was white..." type of narrative from wilder. Which I don't like to say, but the guy obv thinks the whole world has it in for him.
Only FMJ had a larger horde of haters in recent years.

He looked like he thought he'd lost when the bout ended. Very subdued.![]()

You must've been watching something different from me and the majority of boxing fans I know then because I've watched it back a few times and there's now way you can make a case for even a draw. Wilder thought he was a beaten man at the end.Onetimeonly wrote: ↑07 Dec 2018, 17:25Didn't see that fight.Stuarty wrote: ↑07 Dec 2018, 14:18Because he was outboxed for the majority of the fight and struggled to land anything significant most of the roundsOnetimeonly wrote: ↑07 Dec 2018, 11:36

Not enough people know or care about Broner to put him in FMJ’s, GingerHeads, and Wilders league.rhino222 wrote: ↑07 Dec 2018, 16:46nah, Broner has far more than both #hesanabsolutebellendironbeard wrote: ↑07 Dec 2018, 09:18The majority of the boxing world does have “it in for him.”Steveh583 wrote: ↑07 Dec 2018, 07:57 He's let himself down a bit with his reaction to the draw imo. I don't score rbr. I had a sense that fury was ahead but the last Rd made the draw seem fine. They both did crap in a lot of rounds with fury landing 1 or 2 more while wilder pressed. Tough rounds to judge. Especially ringsideStuarty wrote: ↑07 Dec 2018, 17:34You must've been watching something different from me and the majority of boxing fans I know then because I've watched it back a few times and there's now way you can make a case for even a draw. Wilders constant moanjng pales in comparison to Fury fans constant moaning.

Without his lord-and-saviouring I think he'd be as big now as Hatton was. I really don't think it's his gypsy background that turns so many away; a few, sure.lillywhite14 wrote: ↑07 Dec 2018, 09:58I love that Fury has now attracted more casuals. I said all along away from boxing and certain influences, he always seemed a genuinely nice bloke.
Second time it's happened, and he's right that he was too light, so I wonder what the reason is? Does he worry himself off his food or summat...
I also noticed that he wasn't entirely cut at 212 — he still had a slight covering over his abs. He really does seem to be a natural cruiser, albeit Djeko-sized at the top of the scale.

Re: Deontays constant moaning....
Dude you said Fury would win the fight by mimicking Hayes sparring against Wilder, throwing overhand fvcking right hands, even when i pointed the technical and tactical reasons it wouldn't happen, you stuck with the 'Furys going to be aggressive and hit Wilder with overhand rights', and you're talking about someone else's credibility? You can't even predict the tactics of a fighter you nuthug, when he does the same thing in every fight ( ie, NOT throwing overhand rights).HomicideHenry wrote: ↑07 Dec 2018, 13:07 "Willed themselves into seeing something that wasn't there"..... So 96% of boxing fans, fighters, trainers, promoters, managers, etc are all victims of wishful thinking? That they imagined Fury won?
You lost all credibility.

Re: Deontays constant moaning....
He did catch Wilder with alot of right hands. Wilder couldn't seem to dodge those 1-2's
jab+straight right hand.
Re: Deontays constant moaning....
That was an aspect of the fight that I found surprising. Fury seemed to land the 1-2's at will, especially the back half of the fight.HomicideHenry wrote: ↑12 Dec 2018, 19:10 He did catch Wilder with alot of right hands. Wilder couldn't seem to dodge those 1-2'sjab+straight right hand.

When I watched it back with the sound off, I gave Wilder three 10-9 rounds and the two 10-8 rounds.... a draw.Stuarty wrote: ↑07 Dec 2018, 17:34You must've been watching something different from me and the majority of boxing fans I know then because I've watched it back a few times and there's now way you can make a case for even a draw. did anyone else see this 'confrontational Fury' Henry was predicting? throwing overhand rights? the 'unexpected' gameplan to beat Wilder to the right hand?HomicideHenry wrote: ↑10 Nov 2018, 10:15Exactly. It's unexpected. That's why we'll see it utilized December 1st because Wilder is expecting everything but a confrontational Fury.Counter-puncher wrote: ↑10 Nov 2018, 10:11 so trying to punch him in the face is the tactical similarity. It won't be overhand rights as Fury doesn't really throw them.
or did we just see Fury do the same thing he does every fight?
henry, next time you feel like playing the 'counter-intuitive Cus', just remember, your ability to gameplan fights fvcking sucks

Lou DiBella also told Fury he'd won at the end, on camera.Stuarty wrote: ↑07 Dec 2018, 17:34You must've been watching something different from me and the majority of boxing fans I know then because I've watched it back a few times and there's now way you can make a case for even a draw. I'm a Wilder fan; and I think I saw what I saw the back half of the fight.
