It's gonna take more than KO'ing this guy to make a statement, I'd like to see him on AJ's undercard in April against Chisora/Whyte/Takam. If he knocks out any of them he will be close to a title shot.
He already fought Whyte & Takam so I would rule them out. Whyte might get a rematch later depending on the outcome of each of their next few fights.

I would like to see Parker up against Ortiz or Pulev

I'm surprised Sky Sports didn't pick this fight up in the UK.. They're still looking to use Parker in the UK for future fights. This fight would probably be a morning fight anyway.. Don't see why not.

Does anyone but me think Flores has a chance? Parker is obviously not as good as advertised, IMHO.

It is $50!
And it's total trash, the main event and the undercard. I paid $35 for Wilder/Fury and Joshua/Povitkin this year, to give you some perspective.

At $50.00 it goes from hardly worth it to absolutely not worth it.

A cautious start from both fighters. Flores and parker both land a quick jab.

Flores trying to make the most of his reach advantage. Parker getting the better of the starts.

Good exchange from both guys to end the round, Parker's round just.

10-9 Parker

Big hooks from Parker as he lands some big body shots and some power punches to the head, Flores hits him straight back.

It looks like Parker will need to work the body to break the American down.

Parker swinging and Flores is taking it. Nothing big landed yet.

10-9 Parker,

Round 3: Parker working the body and landing a shot to the head. Parker missing with jabs but is really working the body of Flores.

Flores thought Parker hit him below the belt and hesitated, and knocks Flores to the ground. six count. Flores complaining.

Its over!!!! A big right hand from Parker earns him a third round knock-out.

It's over!! He went for the body early and it paid off, with a big knock-out in the third round. Parker wins by KO. Flores is not happy!!

It was a five or six punch combo which ended it. A big left hand finished the fight resulting in Flores' hitting the deck.

Mean and aggressive, just like he said he'd be..

He looked to sot against AJ and even Whyte IMO.. Too cautious..

He can be a right mean bastard when he wants to.

He needs to be more aggressive. Hopefully this continues.
At 26, he is still the youngest HW in the boxrec top #15. As long as the will to win is there, he has a future in and around the B level.

The punch that did most damage and set up the head attack was way low. It was the 3rd or 4th low blow of the fight by Joseph and no doubt had a direct impact on the stoppage of the fight. Joseph was aggressive but he got countered at ease. I was hoping it would go past 6 to see how his stamina was with such aggression but it didnt. Flores should be pissed off. The ref warned Joseph over and over again for low blows but did nothing in the way of point deductions. He was out of posiiton and should've seen the last low blow.
