credit to hammer, he turned his career around from being 7-3 to being a respectable fringe contender, showed the difference btwn a tested vet like himself and a risk avoiding record padder like wall

So Hammer won by a headbutt?
no it looks that way from the footage but the fight actually continued. wallisch got counted out next round from an uppercut . he was getting broken down and looked like it was all too tough for him for much of the fight. he tried to get out of it with the head clash and then again when the fight ended. was gassing too

That's how I saw it. 100%. Good win for Hammer. Wallisch exposed as another pretender. He needs some time to get his life together, or he'll be a headline on the police blotter.
yeah you can see it in the last gif that Wallisch got caught with an uppercut, dropped down and was too exhausted to continue. Terrible performance by Wallisch who got hurt and exhausted real quick.
I still remember when Hammer was considered a nothing win for Fury. Fury even showed up in one of the worst shapes of his career for the fight. Hammer is a real workhorse, though. If you aren't a top fighter, he'll likely beat you. I think the next logical step is to fight Schwarz; although, I'm sure they'd never put him in against Hammer. Man, these German prospect's competition has been awful.

Ah, okay thanks for that
I should have watched the last gif.

all Germans in every weight class are poor and they fight bums only, most of them aim to get the paper title only because German boxing fans buy it. German boxing is in a huge crisis now.
