Chisora is basically just gonna stay against the ropes again against Whyte. Take a tonne of punches and throw some mean shots back at him.

The sad thing is that a Whyte win does nothing for his standing, unless he blows Chisora out, which I just can't see.

DelBoy isn't from the ghetto at all - he grew up in the Zimbabwe embassy - probably the most privileged boxer currently active !

I have it on reliable authority that Delboy was a prolific offender and not a very nice young man at all. Don't know his rap sheet or if his mummy and daddy had lots of Zimbabwean dollars and I'm sure he wasn't any sort of "Mr. Big" but he was a known shitbag guttersnipe, or, as I believe they used to say in my old neck of the woods, "did road."

It's been reported that he is, Boxrec also has him against TBA on the card. Just not announced from Matchroom but i imagine that's because there's no opponent yet.

I'd only think that Hearn would want him to build someone else possibly as an opponent, because most of the Matchroom heavyweights are busy, but i'm not sure who. Potentially Zhang? Hunter has already said it's too soon i think, unless they're waiting for him to agree to it before announcing.

I think Hearn was expecting Mike Hunter to jump at the chance....
Which is strange really considering it would be his 3rd fight in 3 months.

Anthony Joshua backs Derek Chisora to 'whoop' Dillian Whyte

Anthony Joshua believes his "enemy" Dillian Whyte will lose to Derek Chisora in this weekend's heavyweight rematch.

Whyte edged a pulsating split decision against Chisora two years ago but their long-standing grudge will be settled on Saturday, live on Sky Sports Box Office, in a second fight with higher stakes.

"I think Derek is going to whoop Dillian. I want him to," Joshua told Sky Sports.

"I want Chisora to win. I don't want too much good for Dillian because he's an enemy of mine. But I want Dillian to win as well, so we can have our rematch."

Whyte and Chisora's rematch at The O2 could have consequences in the race to challenge for Joshua's world heavyweight titles on April 13. Joshua's preference is to meet Deontay Wilder but a second fight against Whyte, whom he beat three years ago, could emerge into contention.

Joshua will lead a stellar cast of heavyweights at ringside to watch Whyte and Chisora settle their score, with Oleksandr Usyk and Jarrell 'Big Baby' Miller also in attendance.

"Can it be as good, this time around? Yes," Joshua said. "I think it will be better, in terms of boxing skill.

"I think they will be a little more cautious - they know what [each other] can do. They gave a lot and it took a lot of out them last time.

"They learned from the first one. They put a lot on the line. In this second one, they will refine their skills. It will be a lot more technical.

"When it sparks, it will really kick off.

"When it sparks, it will go crazy because of that passion. They don't like each other. It all comes out in the ring.

"They can't knock each other out. They have old school granite chins."

Yeh, I know it's been over 3 years since AJ-Whyte took place and I have to say Whyte has improved.. But he's had luck along the way..

Robert Smith, General Secretary of the BBBofC, told Sky Sports: "They are fully aware what we expect already."

Asked about precautions at the press conference, Smith added: "They are all very aware what we require."

Chisora was fined £25,000 and handed a suspended two-year ban, which has now expired, after hurling a table at Whyte in front of the watching media.

The Board confirmed that 'strict action' will again be taken if either fighter breaks their code of conduct in the coming days.

Chisora's new manager David Haye has also been on the receiving end of disciplinary action from the BBBoC, who fined him £25,000 for his behaviour and comments ahead of his first fight with Tony Bellew.

Both guys coming off career best wins but I thought Parker just edged Whyte and Chisora was dreadful before starching Takam, still great wins all the same, I thought the first fight finished a draw so I'm not having the robbery arguments personally, it was a great fight, I thought it was destined to be a snoozer but far play it was a cracker, Whyte's probably the more in form and improved fighter but when Chisora has got the bit between his teeth he's a handful for most HWs, I think the Takam KO probably even shocked him and take into the account the rivalry with Whyte this could be another cracker

I'm expecting Whyte to be a bit more conservative this time, we know he doesn't mind stinking the place out and boxing for a decision, if he does that then I think Chisora will struggle, if he can drag Whyte into a firefight then we'll be in for another treat, I'm going Whyte on points but clearer than the first fight
