Plenty of uncharismatic ones, that's for sure!

Sometimes limitations in English will inhibit charisma from shining through. Guys like Manny, Loma and GGG would probably have more if they could express themselves a bit better. All 3 have class though, and are beloved by their respective countries as well as the rest of the world. I think that says a lot.
My shout is for Tyson Fury, I don't like him that much, but he made himself more popular without even boxing for years, so that had to have been charisma- much as it irks me to admit it :o

Usyk, yeah! Thanks for bringing him up. He is my number one favorite boxer. Humorous charismatic guy., and extremely extraordinary boxing talent.

Pacquiao, GGG and Lomachenko are all great role models and loved by millions but the ones who really stand out are the ones who seem to be slightly mad.

Fury and, Usyk can certainly act a little odd but for sheer untrammelled honesty no one can beat the 'white rhino' himself, Dave Allen.

No other boxer tells you how it really is the same way Dave does. Just imagine Max Kellerman interviewing Dave Allen.

Tyson Fury. No contest really.

I feel even though Usyk doesn’t speak full English, even with his dancing and partial English he does speak, he definately is a decent shout. It’s the partial English, “I am feel” which has helped. Glad he got a hyped up fight in the UK.

Tyson Fury and Usyk are the only ones really. Even though Usyk doesn't speak English well, he's a funny guy. Even Bellew seemed to take well to him. I think the Big Baby is pretty charismatic too, though, but I wouldn't class him at the level of Usyk and Fury.

Tyson Fury probably takes it as the top, though. You just can't hate the guy. He seems like a super nice guy, someone that you'd want to be friends with.

There are guys that try to be charismatic but just end up being annoying like Wilder and Broner. Then you have guys that have the charisma of a wet paper bag like Canelo, Golovkin, Spence Jr., Mikey, and Joshua. Then you have the thugs that have no charisma like Crawford, Charlo brothers, Conlan, and the Benavidez brothers.

Usyk seems charismatic, yet barely speaks a word of English.

I've always been a Fury fan. But I am surprised to see that people are on his bandwagon now.
Most on here bashed him for being a sexist, racist, blow hard for so long. And before the Klitschko fight he was called talentless and a cherry picking coward.
Now he is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Damn boxing fans are hot and cold. They go for the flavor of the month

I get that! I'm a newbie fan of Fury's, more for his exploits outside the ring, but he proved his toughness and heart v. Wilder, as well as his boxing ability. He really grew on me.

It's damn near impossible for a fighter to win me over once I've decided I don't like him. It's been done exactly once, by James Toney. James Toney did it in a big way though because he actually became one of my all time favorites, at one time I would've been badmouthing him as bad as I do Fury damn near if you can believe it, but I like the guy a lot now.

Can't imagine Fury ever winning me over like that. Toney won me over with his slickness, and skill in the ring, and he's way more my kinda fighter than Fury.

I can be a bit harsh and blunt sometimes I'll give you that much. I don't think I'm often intentionally an asshole, but I can see how it can be taken that way when you got a guy that just speaks his mind, and gives no f*cks
