Looks like Frampton-Warrington will be on before Sky’s main event.

Hefferon must do something different here. Surely he needs to go for broke whilst he has something in tank..

Williams boxing beautifully. Looks a few levels above Heffron so far. I'm just waiting on Heffron going hell for leather but he seems content just getting his head boxed off!

Williams wins TKO 10. Heffron undone by a right hand and takes a standing 8 count (fell into the ropes), then Williams pours it on and Heffron stopped aginst the ropes.

Heffron hadn’t been matched properly before going into this. Shame.

Williams just finished off a class performance with a class Finish, Waited and waited before he piled on the pressure, very professional. You felt he could have piled in after rd 5, but he timed it perfectly. Dom Ingle can’t fault his fighter there!
Heffron game but out classed.

Williams was excellent there. Would like to see a Smith rematch at 160.

How do you define euro level though? I mean he came up short twice against Smith, and I'm not sure I consider him true world level. He might have held a belt, but everytime he's stepped up to true world level, he's been found wanting.

the smith fights were super close and the first was a total sham ending., i had williams well up in that and it shouldnt have ended like that. looking at the guys who have been on the ebu title scene at 154 and 160 i think hes easily there.

He fought on pretty well even terms with Smith even though he came up short so he's at least equally as good as Smith I think or pretty damn close to it.

He could still improve as well. Only time will tell with that. No shame in being a good fighter that can't quite get it done at the Top level. Even being a European Championship level talent is still significantly better than most guys that ever lace up a pair of gloves.
