I'm a massive Frampton fan and he's showed some balls here but he's been beaten out the park here. Out thought and out fought! Gutted but I like Warrington and he's showed he's the real deal tonight. Well done to the lad and I hope he can get a unification on the back of this :TU:

Warrington absolute class. When he beat selby I realised he wasn't just a hype job and actually a very good fighter. Tonight though he was unreal!!! What an engine.

Shame about the Leeds connection but very very impressed with him

Frampton is a proper class act! Warrington is the real deal and is improving all the time. I was a fan before he fought he fought one of my favourite fighters tonight but I'm now gonna follow the lad closely and give my support. Fair play to both guys.

I haven't seen the fight yet, but I think it's fair to say that a lot of us severely underestimated Warrington as a fighter.

117-112 Warrington for me but hats off to both men that was pretty fvcking spectacular, one of the best world title fights in this country for a long time, some of those toe to toe exchanges were incredible, Frampton has a hell of a heart and a pretty granite chin as well, he took some big lumps tonight, he showed some nice boxing skills at times, some sharp counters but just wasn't comfortable at any time, he couldn't work the body as much as usual and whenever he tried to throw combinations he looked a bit open and his shots were way off, his toughest night by a long shot

You've got to hand it to Warrington though that guy is an absolute machine, he was better than Frampton in every department, he steps right in with that jolting jab, he was stronger on the inside, I think he was the bigger puncher, he was a lot busier, any big shots he shipped just bounced off him, he's a beast, I think he's getting better all the time, that was pretty incredible, his engine is phenomenal, he doesn't get fazed, he's gonna be a handful for any Featherweight

Fair play lads, that more than made up for the mainly poor undercard fights :salut: :salut:

Totally agree, Warrington has surpassed all expectations this year. Top drawer performance tonight & should get his shot at another featherweight title holder now after this victory. The fact the fight was covered by ESPN+ will have revealed him to many American viewers too, especially after beating a big name in Frampton. Great fight.

Heard a few lads walking up Cheethamhill Road, with one of saying “What more could he have done?”..

Was he referring to Josh? Carl?
