Whyte has a decent chin but looks tired right from rd1.. he’s a KO waiting to happen.

Chisora's got just about the most immaculate "world class gate-keeper" CV in boxing ?

He was in the shape of his life, gave his all - decent win.

I thought CHisora's body attack was winning early, but in round 7, Whyte went to the body and landed a couple of blows that seemed to take something out of Chisora. Great fight!

True, but you also have to remember that he lost a European title fight, not that long ago, and was also thoroughly outboxed when he fought Pulev. He's always good value, but it's not like he's not been beaten in dominant fashion before.

Really good fight but it shows Whyte won't be competitive against Joshua, Fury or Wilder. Pulev would beat Whyte handily too.
I had Chisora ahead, McDonnell actually spoiled the fight, both point deductions were harsh, and made Chisora a bit desperate forcing him to dive in recklessly looking for the knockout, enabling Whyte catch him coming in.
Saying that beating Chisora twice, also Parker and Browne do mean Whyte deserves a shot at the title.

Just seen it, decent fight.

Felt Chisora was there for the knockout when it came, he looked spent.

Yeh. What I said. The look on chisora’s face after the 2nd point deduction. It looked as if he thought fûck this. Fights over for me..

Then just went out in style I guess.

Froch loves his 10-10 rounds.

Also he had Whyte sweeping all the rounds from rd5 or 6 I think. What a pillow. Clearly hates boxing.

AJ putting 3 or 4 different accents on tonight’s felt like there was like 8 commentators that fight. Should have put Paulie in there.

Heard that he does that shit, think it's hilarious & ridiculous that he really pulls it off, why does he fuckin do that & what accents? Please name them. As a non native english speaker i'm interested in shiz like that, serious question.

Whyte will definitely need better footwork to beat Joshua.
And better defence. Too easy to hit, I think. When they fought the first time, the levels were close, now Joshua is levels above.

I actually think, left hook and 25 seconds aside, Joshua was having it fairly comfortable. He made it harder for himself by getting too involved.

Since then they’ve both improved but Joshua more so. I think he could do a number on whyte

As a boxerec-er who was there this was a lot of fun and, although I was supporting Chisora (as was most of the crowd) this is nice to see.

Good to see a big fight again after all the stubhub trauma of the last couple of years

Asking the crowd if they are happy to see him fight Whyte next, then using their approval to suggest its what fans what was really intelligent. Yep, asking a crowd of people who have just paid for a matchroom event, and a Whyte fight, whether they approve is really indicative of what the rest of boxing wants.

Oh and I notice he did not mention Fury

The WWE shíte with AJ afterwards was fuckin embarrassing! Hearn has had a hard on for the AJ Whyte rematch for years now and it was always gonna happen in April. All the other bullshìt was just pure lies and Hearn/Sky taking the piss out the fans again! I wish folk would wake up to these cùnts and see them for what they are.....

On the other hand Whyte deserves his shot so in an ideal world we could see Whyte v Wilder and AJ v Fury but that won't happen... AJ/Hearn don't want anything to do with Wilder or Fury until they've milked that tit dry.......

I would like to say that I was quite proud of Del Boy's performance tonight.
I think he trained hard and left it all in the ring up until the second deduction.
Take the money and kick back Del :TU:

Whyte was reckless in the first fight and took a load of big shots, this time he was much more controlled and took far less punishment,i though he did well.

Scorecards were unfairly close. It was all Whyte. Chisora was an aggressor, but he was so primitive. Whyte outjabbed him, he was controlling the fight and landing more noticeable stuff. Chisora was frustrated after the deductions and become too careless, Whyte caught him well.

Hearn will get his come uppance when Whyte cleans Joshua's fuckin clock. Look on his face will be priceless.
