I always enjoy these New Year events, are there likely to be legitimate chances to view either of these. Would be interested to hear from the guys who follow the Asian scene so closely, there are some real knowledgeable posters regarding this area.
Just been watching some of the fighters to try and get a handle on the two bills, seen a few of them already obviously but wanted to form an opinion before posting.
For me, in Tokyo I like Shiro over Juarez and Inoue over Salapat, I can see Ito/Chuprakov being a good fight and edge Ito but it could be interesting.
In Macao, I just favour Ioka over Nietes but Donnie is a real fighter and would not rule out a very close one here. Mthalane seems to hold the aces over Sakamoto but must confess not quite sure how good Sakamoto may be, he could be improving and surely at some stage Mthalane will ask himself for more and it just won't be there.
Kyoguchi over Budler but Hekkie often confounds me and this does look a close fight.
There we go thought I would see if any interest or news on the bill.

Plenty of interest in these, with Fuji and TBS showing 4 of the bouts in Japan, between them. Sakamoto is interesting as perhaps only 4 or 5 of us on here will have seen anything of him... Mthalane should win.. But still interesting
