it seems to me that the boxers who leave warrens stable all seem to fall by the wayside very quickly,hattons career seems to have nosedived sharply ,audleys career was a disaster without warren,naz never lasted to long,it seems that you ditch warren at your peril,

How does winning the wba title represent a sharp nosedive? is this boxingchat in disguise or are you doing your work placement as his assistant at the moment.. he puts the kettle on and you go to the shop for a pack of digestives.

I'd say this is conicidence.

Although Warren certainly wouldn't have put Hatton in with Collazo. Far from safe enough. You can argue either way whether this is good or bad. I'd say Hatton's better for having made the fight than had he tanked Souleyman M'Baye.

Also, Audley was never (I think) with Warren. His career didn't suffer from that - his career suffered because he's a great big feller with the stamina of a 90-year-old and balls made of blancmange.

It'll be interesting to see how allegedly will match Amir Khan. I see a host of east Europeans coming over courtesy of Phillipe Fondu to pad his record. When will his first test come, I wonder?

His talent is there for all to see,and he could walk from Warren straight into ANY promoters arms worldwide.He is only 19 granted,but he should step up,maybe challenge for British title in next 12-14 months.

It's fighters like Kevin Mitchell and Ross Minter that will allegedly be fed the 3000 eastern european unknown rubbish.These guy's will be kept winning because they are quite well followed in their area's.

Can't say Ricky's career has gone downhill since he left Warren.
If anything after the Collazo fight,you could say fighters like Cotto,Corrales and PBF will be desperate to get in the ring with him.
I say fair play to Ricky,leaving the comfort of home to try and cement his legacy.

I'm a boxing fan... I don't make any more on boxing, I SPEND money on boxing so excuse me if I don't understand why we - AS FANS - give any promoter props for protecting (overprotecting) fighters... I PAY to see good fights, not easy ones... why are we glad-handing Warren and FA for making easy fights?

I don't know about everyone else but I'm getting sick of people throwing a hissy fit because Hatton had a tough fight. Jesus, we are talking about boxing here....

I could understand if he lost in a big way perhaps by knock out but he won....
