Which Fight would you want to see the most.
Which Fight would you want to see the most.
Recently Hans Themistode of Boxing Insider listed five fights we want to see in 2019. Which one of them do you want to see the most?

Joshua vs Usyk when AJ defeats Fury/Wilder rematch (most likely Fury) and when Usyk defeats 2-3 decent HWs... but if Fury wins vs both Wilder and Joshua Fury vs Usyk would be a very intruging fight

Re: Which Fight would you want to see the most.
all those fights that you mentioned in poll are great, except of GGG vs Jermall as i think that Jermall would be as ''competetive'' as GGG's pre-Jacobs opponents
Re: Which Fight would you want to see the most.
The writer spoke to that matchup saying he felt that GGG needed to fight someone other than Canelo and tapped Charlo as 'must see tv.' I hear ya!dagilechia wrote: ↑09 Jan 2019, 15:30 all those fights that you mentioned in poll are great, except of GGG vs Jermall as i think that Jermall would be as ''competetive'' as GGG's pre-Jacobs opponents

The round robin of AJ, Wilder and Fury is one of the more intriguing things in the sport right now.
Spence vs Crawford obviously be marvelous to see.
GGG vs Jermall would be very fun for me because the Charlo's annoy me, and as a big GGG fan I'd greatly enjoy watching him kick Jermall's ass which I'm quite confident he would.
I guess I'm going with the Heavies as the ones I want the most, but I wouldn't be complaining with any of these.

Since AJ vs Wilder vs Fury is the only triple threat match on the poll, I’ve gone for that.
Re: Which Fight would you want to see the most.
I had a hard time not picking that selection as well. It seems unlikely for the three of them to settle matters this year.Boxerbeetle wrote: ↑09 Jan 2019, 18:03 Since AJ vs Wilder vs Fury is the only triple threat match on the poll, I’ve gone for that.
Re: Which Fight would you want to see the most.
The sad point to make is that we will most likely never see Crawford and Spence Jr fight. You would think that these WW’s would learn from SRL, Hearns, Durand days when all 3 made a boatload of money fighting each other but today’s boxing puts too much of a premium on the undefeated record and these arshole promoters that refuse to split proceeds amongst promotional companies. They all want both ends of a dollar and it will continue to kill this sport until the boxers start going on their own again realizing that they can do what these companies do.

They make too much money not fighting each other. They had to do it then. Both of these guys want it. Look how long it took Tommy to get a rematch.
Re: Which Fight would you want to see the most.
Spence vs. Crawford.. Lomachenko vs. Garcia in close 2nd.
Re: Which Fight would you want to see the most.
Without question Errol Spence v Terrence Crawford.
I hope I'm wrong but I have a feeling we won't get it.
Regardless all roads at this point lead to Dallas Texas in March for the Errol Spence v Mikey Garcia fight which I'll be going to

Yeah, that neutral corner is going to get pretty crowded

I don't know why E Alvarez vs Kovalev II is listed only as a 3 star fight. Or Jack vs Browne for that matter. The latter is not the main event but surely it is at least a 4 star.
I voted for Spence Crawford btw. Wilder has Fury problems now.

Not sure. Usually the fight stars are correlated with the star value of the lower-rated fighter, and it looks like both fighters have 5 stars individually. The Asleep Lamps wrote: ↑11 Jan 2019, 10:39 I don't know why E Alvarez vs Kovalev II is listed only as a 3 star fight. Having said that, someone apparently f*cked with the computerized ranking formula recently. The #1 p4p fighter currently has a rating of 328. Ordinarily, the #1 p4p fighter would have a rating closer to 1,050.

Re: Which Fight would you want to see the most.
Spence V Crawford.
Only Shawn Porter out of all big dogs has shown the inclination to fight the other big dogs.
Ok, Keith Thurman to a much lesser extent, but he fights twice a decade!
147 is stacked and it's about time these guys started fighting each other regularly to create a new great era, as there is enough talent to create one for sure.

Got to be Spence vs Crawford. Such a clash of styles.
