I find it funny how some boxers are defended and people say wait until all of the evidence comes out.
While others are found automatically guilty in the eyes of the public. No trial just guilty.
I guess it just goes by who your favorites are
most times when its a high profile boxer i see both positions taken on the same guy (just like here),, most guys have some who like them and some who dont
I understand people who will choose a side. But I wish they were consistent in their opinions.
It just goes by their favorite fighters and not similar situations

You know it will never change for most people who don't see the hypocrisy. Simply put, if he's guilty, he should be punished, if he's not, then he won't. I'm just really not surprised.

Very little surprises me in this sport. Most boxers are not choir boys

just curious who and what the other cases were to make them inconsistent, u need other alleged assaults they commented on for them to be hypocrites
If you're asking me, I haven't the feintest idea. I'm just commenting on Tiny's post. In general, that's what people do. They defend the folks they like and convict those they don't. What's so surprising?

At this point in my life, the only sports star I'd be surprised to hear something negative about is Derek Jeter.

I'm NOT GOING TO DIG THROUGH POSTS TO QUOTE PEOPLE.
But when Floyd and Wilder both had accusations of domestic abuse some of the posters and they know who they are came on here and took offense at it. Yet when Leonard and Robinson are mentioned there is no reference to their domestic abuse.
When Povetkin failed drug tests some went right on and condemned him guilty yet Canelo was given a pass.
It's hypocritical which is the first time I used that term.

which posters in this thread are being inconsistent with kov compared to others ? im curious
Caldo for instance started a thread once on how can Floyd be allowed to box since he beat women.
There are numerous instances of these double standards brought into play by various posters.
My question to you is why you have to question anything and everything I post. You quote me in negative light more than all other posters have combined.
If I have ever done or said something to offend you I assure you it was unintentional. I'm just here to talk boxing not get into a pissing contest

Don't take that personally. That's Jam's MO. He does it to me too. I think he just wants to see who he can 'draw into' his lair.

I just don't want to get into any pissing contest. I enjoy having a debate. I just don't like being called out as a liar when anyone who has been here for any length of time can see the hypocrisy on some members posts.
Hell you are my favorite poster here Oogbie and we disagree lots of times

It can get very annoying, rude and immature, however he likes boxing and can talk it which is more than some others on this site.
lol bruhs, its just asking a few questions, turns out it was answered easy enough in the end, nothing on an internet forum is serious business and were all fight game brothers, even mexi fool

Yes mexi Kunt. written communication is difficult at times, things said casually can be taken in a certain way. I’m sure most would get on better talking face to face. Although not with EO, there must be a line.

like a Tyson/ PAC fan that accuses holy of peds and Floyd of ducking
..Kovalev has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon...I wonder what kind? was this deadly weapon necessary? ..did the police qualify his fists as deadly?...anyway, I heard nothing over the last 6 months, I guess I'll survive for the next couple of months till the trial comes and we'll hopefully find out what exactly happened or didn't happen...

You are a great poster, Jam. You do ask a lot of questions but so do I.

Yeah, being a pro boxer, his hands are considered deadly/lethal weapons.
