WBSS - JOSH TAYLOR
WBSS - JOSH TAYLOR
I'm becoming more than a little concerned about the lack of news regarding ANY forthcoming fight for Josh Taylor ( unless I've missed it of course). Checked Cyclone Promotions website this morning and the last update was Lee McGregors fight in October last year.
I think I've read about alleged financial problems with WBSS and I sincerely hope Taylor's career is not derailed as a consequence.
From the outside looking in its beginning to seem that Barry McGuigan's promotional progress has stalled unless there's a major announcement just round the corner.

I saw that Ring magazine reported that Josh Taylor v Ivan Baranchyk and Regis Prograis v Kiryl Relikh are being lined up for a double header on May 11th or 18th in Glasgow. Hopefully this gets sorted out soon, really enjoyed the WBSS so far.

Yeah Glasgow’s being heavily touted for the 2 Semis.NoScoutingReports wrote: ↑17 Jan 2019, 06:51 I saw that Ring magazine reported that Josh Taylor v Ivan Baranchyk and Regis Prograis v Kiryl Relikh are being lined up for a double header on May 11th or 18th in Glasgow. A lot of stories about financial problems etc....not helping and now big gap and no news only adding to that fire.
Re: WBSS - JOSH TAYLOR
with the amount of alcoholic beverage consumption in that said city..........im guessing it wont be the last 'semi' that is seen there!! ......

Fingers crossed the WBSS continues, would be a great night of boxing for Scotland too if the rumour is true.3132DW wrote: ↑17 Jan 2019, 16:27Yeah Glasgow’s being heavily touted for the 2 Semis.NoScoutingReports wrote: ↑17 Jan 2019, 06:51 I saw that Ring magazine reported that Josh Taylor v Ivan Baranchyk and Regis Prograis v Kiryl Relikh are being lined up for a double header on May 11th or 18th in Glasgow. I'm seriously considering a trip up for the weekend and hopefully getting a Celtic or Rangers game in.
Just depends on the date.
I hope this gets done soon this could be a massive year for Josh Taylor.

I've lived up here about 7 months now an tickets for rangers games seem pretty easy to get if you know people that go the game an don't mind sitting by yourselfAlba wrote: ↑20 Jan 2019, 00:58Ah love the assumption your just going to.rock up and get a ticket for the gameNaandrew wrote: ↑19 Jan 2019, 07:17This would be amazing.NoScoutingReports wrote: ↑17 Jan 2019, 06:51 I saw that Ring magazine reported that Josh Taylor v Ivan Baranchyk and Regis Prograis v Kiryl Relikh are being lined up for a double header on May 11th or 18th in Glasgow.
