Kownacki up to #10
Washington remains out
I debated whether to move Kownacki above Parker. I'm still not sure, and I think it's pretty close.

Kownacki to 10 seems to be the consensus pick, I'd agree with that.
Re: BoxRec Forum HW TOP 15 Ranking update - Kownacki vs Washington
Kownacki knocked Washington out in two. It took Wilder and Miller much, much longer. Kownacki clearly hits harder then those two and is more skilled defensively as he took less punches overall.
Wilder floored Fury twice - when Kownacki hits Fury it will be lights out as (discussed above) he’s a far more powerful puncher.
Fury beat Wlad who went life and death with AJ.
A + B divided by C = Kownacki should be elevated to the number 1 position. He’s the man to beat.

My vote.
Kownacki out.
Washington stay out.
I didn't have Kownacki in my top 15 before this fight. Beating someone outside my top 25 does not elevate anyone into top 15. Kownacki has not beaten any fighter even inside top 20. He also fails the eye test.

who has hunter beat, since u rank him
is breazeale at 10 that much more proven then kow, or has takam done more lately
Re: BoxRec Forum HW TOP 15 Ranking update - Kownacki vs Washington
You're right. Kownacki has not beaten anyone in the top 20, then neither has Breazeale or Hrgovic. The likes of Pulev, Parker, Rivas, Chisora and Kabayel have only clocked a single win against someone in the top 20 in the last 5 years.
If you're basing rankings solely on wins against top 20 fighters it's going to be just slim pickings!
Re: BoxRec Forum HW TOP 15 Ranking update - Kownacki vs Washington
Yeah not much substance to rank with.
Still beating Ugonoh and Mansour is better than anything Kownacki has done so far.

Re: BoxRec Forum HW TOP 15 Ranking update - Kownacki vs Washington
I think that's pretty subjective.
Are wins against an ageing Mansour (after almost biting his own tongue off) and the unknown quantity of Ugonoh better than wins against Martin, Washington, and Szpilka?
There's probably not a lot in it, but the three named opponents for Kownacki have either been world champions or challengers for world titles.

destroying Washington and Szpilka + beating Martin is better imo than going life and death vs Ugonoh, losing every round vs Mansour until Amir's injury and beating Molina who previously won by MD vs some 15-50 type of opponent.
