I have just finished World Rankings for all weight Divisions from 1904 to the present day.

If you want to see the rest of the rankings vist my site, i will soon add each countries rankings along with some others, like All time Europeans ect

All rankings are based on pts the same way the present European Rankings are made.

Dick McTaggert from scotland won gold in the olmpics had over 630 amatuer fight also won the best boxer of the olmpics he should be there some were

Not anymore. They stopped publishing them in 1999. The ranking system was quite poor.
