As far as I know, Simmie Black has the most KO losses with 97 recorded losses (and possibly more under various aliases), but if you can find a fighter with 200+ I'd like to know about him!

Question is, is he somewhat proficient at his sport? Is he a danger to himself? Or would he be able to administer a pretty good whuppin' on someone who called him out in a road rage incident?

When you see this many losses, you ask yourself how someone like this keeps their license. And is there any legitimacy to his pursuit of this profession?

As I recall Reggie could take a beating right? I mean he didn't fold easy....so he appeared to many of us to be somewhat legit in terms of skills. Still.....the odds of losing so many just seem so flukish, IF there is nothing fishy going on. I notice this fella appeared to be somewhat durable and has quite a few distance fights.

Right. He is a club fighter. Kind of interesting really. Been in against some huge name fighters. Notice he defeated Reggie on a Split Decision.

I can see exactly how it is this boxer would continue to get work.

Donnie Penelton career ended 9-20-2009 after a 8-21-1990 debut. Inactive 2006; 2008. His final came against a 12-0-0 protege. Same boxer went to 17-0-0 and retired.
11-30-2007 Penelton third from last he held a 47-18-2 opponent to D-8. Someone he had twice previously lost decisions to.
Most part Penelton fought a slew of "good record"/non-high profile names. BUT...he also fought a slew of name fighters as well. To name ~some~ of those: Jean Pascal 2005, my friend Joey DeGrandis (24-4-0 att), Undra White 1997, Thomas Ulrich 1997, Robin Reid early in Reids career, Mario Veit 1996, Juan Carlos Gomez, 1995, William Guthrie 1994, Notice he fought for a '2e' WBF L-12 in '97 (168lb). Fought Montell Griffin 1993, Shannon Briggs 1992, my friend Rocky Gannon in 1998.
Would be interesting to see what that man is doing now.
Sure hope his life is good.
