So what else is there? Pulev and Joshua could accept the 11 weeks to matchup and I believe that a Pulev fight would take care of a mandatory and AJ to fight three bouts this year would still be feasible.

Who knows? You could be right, but how many Top Rank fighters have recently competed on an event televised by DAZN (or vice versa)? It might happen occasionally, but it's rare.

I have been behind Whyte, but if this nonsense about needing more time to prepare is true, I might have to rethink.

This guy has fought his way to Joshua's doorstep, knowing all along that Joshua was the goal and now he is claiming that 11 weeks isn't enough?

No shit, hearns fought a middleweight like 7 or 8 weeks after Leonard. With all of the promoter bullshit we've dealt with for decades I can't ever recall something like this. Stadium ready, same banner, domestic tiff in the hottest boxing culture etc... I'm starting to wonder if Eddie is getting nervous about delivering dazn subscriptions for all that cash. Of course the author tries to make you think he knows something. But, you can't rule out anyone in the top 10. Fury/Wilder are fighting each other; Whyte is pricing himself out; Miller is well, Miller; Breazeale and Povetkin won't draw and have been beaten by AJ already (like Whyte); Ortiz is facing Hammer; and what's left? Kownacki and Pulev. (or Parker again?). Anything is possible at this point. Do I want to see Pulev/AJ? Hell no. Might it be the last choice? Maybe .

that being said, they'll scrap the April 13 date and fight Miller in New York in June.
