Tureano Johnson-What am I missing ?

Post by goose 5 »

A guy I was talking to was going on and on about Tureano Johnson. I just don't see him as an elite fighter-what's the opinion here from you guys?

He's decent. But I don't see him as top 10.
But a decent fighter who can cause an upset from time to time

I only saw him against Stevens and Derveanchyenco and as long as I live I'm not gonna spell it right.
He did pretty badly and had a tough final round.
So that is about where he is at on the world stage.
His next fight is a journeyman called Castaneda. And that's after a long layoff.
I wouldn't be getting too excited by his future :maybe:

You can't blame his dad for being proud of his son. He was well ahead of Stevens, but that only counts for vitali.
