The Super-Middleweight division is pretty competitive, just doesn't have any elite fighters in that division. I know Callum Smith is pretty popular at the minute, but you could also name 5 or 6 fighters who would give him very competitive fights.

Same with the Light-Middleweights, Hurd, Lara, Charlo, Harrison, Munguia are all reasonably evenly matched in my opinion.
