Lucas Browne v Kamil Sokolowski

Post by Gnome »

Fighting on March 2 at Trump Turnberry in Scotland.

As one of his supporters on Facebook expressed his disappointment with the opponent, Browne answered "Read [his] resume, fuckhead".

How many rounds? I would think over six Big Daddy will stop him.

The big daddy who fought Dillian Whyte would lose to Kamil but
Lucas looked in great shape against Junior Pati last time out and would win this fight in my opinion.

He's said the bout with Sokolowski is taking place before the Allen fight (April 20th supposedly) - seems quite risky taking on Kamil in a 'warm-up' so close to the April date but there you go :maybe:

Sokolowski is the harder fight to be fair!

If Browne has enough left he’ll beat both with a fair bit to spare

Soko rocks! Browne should stop him late but Soko always has a chance. He's tougher than folks give him credit for.

Both fighters look in good shape - Browne is looking slim and Sokolowski is ripped.

Soko is capable of getting the upset here.

He's a proper banana skin as a warmup fight...

Gorman and Price couldn't stop Sokolowski. Don't think Browne will.

Think there has been non BBBoC cards there. Also some boxing ‘meet and greet’ events.

Would this be the first time a heavyweight ‘champion’ has fought in Ayrshire?

Kamil looks like hes trained for this fight. I dont think Browne will stop him though. I think Browne has too much experience for Soko and expect this to be a win by 2 points.

He got knocked down, but he was caught off balance and hit by a jab. Still a kd though.

Soko is very under rated and not managed correctly. He's a road fighter but better than that. I would like to see him in 8 round rights as he seems better over the longer distance. He's kind of the Rocky of boxing.

If managed correctly he could be far better than he is.

Just spoken to a lad who watched last night's fight and said Kamil was the aggressor and should have won.

I watched it, Browne was so labored. Thought Sokolowski won.
