Re: How many more
Plenty more! Other than Fury and Wilder, Whyte, Breazdale, Joyce, Hughie Fury, Pulev, Ortiz, Chisora, the big Chinaman, could all be in the mix.
That's 3 to 4 years of fights.
Remember even Lennox Lewis didn't get Holyfield and Tyson untill they were past it, Bowe never happened either.

Re: How many more
To be fair, who is Joshua supposed to fight right now? Fury & Wilder are tied up with each other, he’s already comprehensively beaten and ktfo Povetkin & Whyte. No-one else is even close to being up there in terms of a challenge, it’s going to look crap no matter who he fights.
Re: How many more
lol miller is an unbeaten top 10 fighter and the hometown boy. pov was top 5, parker was an unbeaten champ
you guys need to check out whose actually been getting title shots. miller even beat up 2 wbc challengers already.
aj easily has been consisently matched the best at hw

Re: How many more
Miller is no throw away fight. I'm happier about this than I would be about a Whyte rematch. Solid PPV headliner.
Re: How many more
reeve my boy, who are acceptable and realistic for june, compared to miller being awful

Re: How many more
If people are stupid enough and willing to shell out £20 for Whyte Chisora or HaynBelliew I'd say plenty more
Re: How many more
exactly , strange that some are throwing the rattle out the pram
Re: How many more
Re: How many more
that would be a reflection of how good aj is, no one else would stop miller that fast

People c'mon! I'm no AJ fan, but he's fighting the best available each and every fight with the only exception being Wilder (and I guess now Fury) but it's not his fault (nor Hearns) that Wilder/Fury happened and a rematch is in the works.
He sports the best HW resume by a mile. Miller is good enough to be top 5 HW or so. It's not AJ's fault that the talent level falls so far off after the top three. What else is there? Whyte II? Breazeale II? Povetkin II? (if my memory serves, he also beat Parker and picked up his belt along the way) Those are three (or 4 if you count Parker) of the current top 10 hw's in the world and he's already beaten them. Miller is next in line for sure. So AJ will have faced 5 of the top 10 HW's with two fighting each other. That leaves three (Pulev/Kownacki/Ortiz) he hasn't yet faced. That's pretty impressive.
Maybe now with Usyk in the mix (hopefully) we have another fight for AJ that will cause some excitement for now.

Re: How many more
If he doesn't face Wilder/ Fury winner then we can have this conversation, but its not his fault the HW division is incredibly limited right now. As Fury & Wilder are tied up, other than rematches this is the best option for AJ plus gets him fighting outside the UK & increases his popularity in America.
Re: How many more
I find this Joshua backlash astounding really.
Lets be critical of his performances if you want - yes. Unlike Mike Tyson, he seems to have found a "level" where his power isn't as big as it was - it was okay dismantling the likes of Charles Martin and Michel Sprott, but he's finding it more difficult to dismantle Klitchsko, Parker, Takam, Povetkin's level.
However, I am astonished at the backlash.... TWO fights ago, just two freaking fights ago he was fighting an undefeated fighter in a Unification - there were genuine calls for the ring belt to be on the line for it. .... and his last fight he fought a dangerous, if past his best, mandatory - who actually gave him one of his sternest tests.
I honestly think the backlash is more due to the JOSHUA'S performances as opposed to Eddie's matchmaking. I honestly think Povetkin would wipe the floor with Wilder. There was absolutely nothing wrong with Klitchsko, Takam (remembering it should have been Pulev), Parker and Povetkin..... huge case for Povetkin being better than the WBC champ anyway. ... However, Takam and Parker were dull fights and Joshua did not really impress at all vs Povetkin either.... which is much more the reason why people want to see AJ in better matches.
