lee Noble - a cruel new diagnosis

Post by rhino222 »

Lee Noble has this week published on a social media platform that his cancer has returned and is now incurable. This is 5 years since Lees initial diagnosis. The poor lad has battled through hell twice so far and seemed to be on the right side of beating the bastard disease.

My heart goes out to Lee and tweets have poured in from many boxers urging lee to carry on fighting the good fight and wishing him well.

he is struggling financially as boxing was all he knew.

Personally i feel it would be prudent for one of the bigger promoters, or a combo of 2 of them (EH and FW) to organise a show and give a % of the profits to Lee and his family. he should be able to enjoy what life he has left and be offered only the best possible treatment.

Thoughts of the masses?

What was nice to see was that Maurizio Sulaiman saw his tweet and reached out to Lee to say the WBC had made him an honorary champion in light of his attitude and fight. Even sent him a belt. Nice touch that.

Wow, he's not someone that usually gets a good word said about him, but that's a great response.
