When this fight first got made I thought this version of Degale is made for Eubank, but the closer the fight has come the more I think just how limited Eubank really is. Degale is know where near the fighter he was but he has always had a habit of making fights harder than what they could/should be. With that in mind I think Degale takes this fight close on the cards.

i find it a tought fight to call. really because i dont know how much james has left, ive got big recpesct for james after the groves lost, he could of packed it in or what ever, but the geezer carried on had fights in the blue water and then came back and defend his world tittle in new york shows heart , james cant let eubank pick up easy rds just because he is not being active enough, which he is bad for, i think eubank is gonna win it on work rate , i think it will be close,good when they engage ,but i think james will go missing through middle rds and let eubank win on points

Right, I’m gonna stick my neck out like a did in the groves fight and say Eubank is sh1t at boxing, good at athletics perhaps, but is dire at beyond British level boxing. Degale is a gold medalist, he will won and look good doing so. Unfortunately I can’t smugly say I told you so tomorrow as everyone learned their lesson post-Groves (that was fun then). I said it then and I’ll say it now, Eubanks ring iq is on the same level as wilder (wilder at least has the power)

It's possible that Chris is a better fighter post Groves. Remember Chris hadn't experienced much adversity in the ring before Groves. I wouldn't be surprised if he learned some lessons that night. He was also hampered by the cut eye. I really think tonight is hard to call, that makes it an excellent match.
