I think its not a terrible 8th fight. Gets him some WBA ranking points, and it is a step up [although not sure how] from his previous 7 opponents.

I think joe will be one of those fighters that will prove better than the sum of his parts. Kind of like bellew. Where they look simple to beat from outside. But for me he deserved that gold (a damn sight more than AJ) so he must know a thing or two.

The volume of punches is his asset. Fighting JJ would be like trying to swat that stubborn bee that won’t leave your ice cream alone on a summers day. You just can’t get into your usual ice cream licking rhythm.

JJ's defense frightening porous. Okay, he proved he can take a punch but he will be taking more than an occasional counter if he moves up. I hope he does it but I don't think he has left himself enough time.
