Add a pro debuting boxer

Trying to add a bout to one of our events and it's not allowing me to add a pro debuter. Says boxer not found select boxer or TBA. Any explain how to add a new boxer?

You need to ask the licensing commission to add a boxer, that way they will have a Federal ID
