Liam Paro 14-0-0 defeated Robert Tlatlik [Germany] 22-1-0 by TKO 7 . Tlatlik didn't come out for the 8th rd.

Paro was defending his WBO youth Super/LW title.
The southpaw from NQ dominated from the opening bell.
Classy effort from the 22 yr old.
Hopeflly we'll be seeing a lot more of Liam Paro.

The WBO has Paro ranked 6th at Super Lightweight.

Looks like it was a pretty good card. A few Qld Title fights plus the Australian Heavyweight Champ Dempsey McKean over Victor Oganov. Angelo always puts on a good night of fights.

All the televised bouts were good value, but Victor at age 42 was given a pasting and should stick to training.

Good pickup. A check of his record confirmed there is a fair bit of padding there, hence his #240. His previous loss was to a fighter ranked 90th in the world, and his other win against a then unbeaten fighter who was ranked similar to him.

Lightweights are rather scarce in Germany, with only 9 listed.

Ballisai is the current Italian Super Lightweight champion ranked 2nd of 33 in the division
The fight is over 10 rds.

Good test for Paro. Should be a top night out for NQ fans.

Scores were 100-90 on three cards.
Newspaper reports saying he damaged both hands during the fight.

Just got a chance to watch a replay of the Paro V Ballisai fight in Mackay on 16/2/19.

Paro looked very sharp. He controlled the fight for the whole distance.
Ballisai was competitive . The 34yr old Italian fought better than the scores indicated.

Hopefully a good year ahead for Paro.

As usual referee "Fabulous" Phil Austin was doing his best to ham it up for the cameras.
