Ok, how about the holding drama when Tyson fought Smith???? That was one of the most boring frustrating fights I'd ever seen.

What ever fight that was, it could be very boring based on the number of punches landed. uhmmmm... Usyk vs Breidis?

Tyson vs Smith was my second guess as they practically made love to each other by holding two thirds of every round! I remember being absolutely bored throughout.

Smith-Tyson was terrible. When one guy stinks out that bad they ought to start letting fans who paid the most to watch come in the ring and help break the clinches.

That don't sound right either. Fury was credited with landing around 86, if memory serves me.

i honestly think chisora-fury 2 is worse then fury-wlad, if you havent seen it and want to decide for yourself, dear gawd please turn the other way and watch something else

fury is just awful when u match him vs a certain type of guy. even the wilder fight actually sucked for the most part.

thank god we have at least aj and wilder around now

Least punches landed in a world title 12-rounder? I'm thinking Carlos DeLeon against Jose Maria Flores of Uruguay on the Tyson-Holmes undercard.

Gotta be Jack Britton and Ted "Kid" Lewis.

They fought each other 19 times :o , they effectively had a monopoly on the Welterweight title for a few years there where the Welterweight Champion was consistently either Britton or Lewis depending on who'd won their last scrap

If not them then probably some of the early late 19th century or turn of the century Black fighters as they were often matched against each other a ridiculous amount of times.

Hell come to think of it I believe Sam Langford and Harry Wills might have fought over 20 times...either that or right around the same amount of times Lewis and Britton fought I think. I know they fought a lot, but I'm not 100% sure, and I don't feel like doing a count again like I just did with Britton and Lewis
