End of the road for Barnes?

Post by kbackup408 »

Just finished watching the fight, still very raw think he is finding hard to switch from ammy to pro style - what do you lads think?

Being over 30 is considered old at the lighter weights, and it's tough to see him getting better.
At world level he just doesn't seem good enough, let's see what he what's to do. He may fancy a Lonsdale belt.
His rant after the Olympics always left a sour taste in my mouth.

i'm not sure what has gone wrong with Paddy, i guess some styles just don't gel well at the pro ranks!

Its never really happened for Barnes since turning over, the DQ win on his debut kind of summed his career up which is a shame as after his amateur exploits l looked forward to seeing another talented fighter from these shores

Loved his post fight interview one of the best ive seen, refreshingly honest unlike a lot of bullsh1t that most fighters come away with after underperforming
