I think most folks scorecards reflect a dislike for Fowler, he outboxed Fitzgeraldy handily for 9 out of 10 rounds. Good fight, but Fowler on the 10 pms & 4 scoring criteria won clearly.
Let’s forget our scorecards.. and look at the 3 judges.. 1 scored it for your nephew and the other 2 scored it for Fitz.. he only won because of the KD. What you complaining for?
Because Fowler clearly won? The cards stunk.
Even Fowler said Fitzgerald was better on the night?
Well he finished strongly having floored Fowler. I actually thought Fitzgerald bottled it big time in r10. He had Fowler on the edge ready to go and he literally just walked away - cowardice disguised as bravado.

What was your scorecard?

Mate, give it a rest. You’re opinion is that Fowler won. Most boxing fans on here and 2 official judges had Fowler winning.

Opinions are opinions.

Fact is... Fitz won. No one is gonna care about what you think. You can scream robbery or whatever you want to scream. The end result is not gonna change.

Imo,I don't know what fight you were watching, and I'm sure you don't know what fight I was watching in your opinion,

But fowler talked like a c**t from start to finish, prattled on about a load of nonsense, went on like a bully beef, underestimated his mans will to not be beat and he payed the price
I don't pay much attention to pressers or twitter spats - I don't see what "talking like pudendum" has to do with how wrong people scored the mid rounds in this 1.
Well fowler clearly payed far too much attention

As he couldn't wait to tell all & sundry on the internet that after all his talk Fitzgerald bottled it face to face

If anyone forgot that fighting is what matters the most then it was fowler himself

If fowler fought last night as good as he can talk, then he wouldlve taken it,but he was underwhelming & rightly lost

Hopefully Fowler can go again and show that a loss at this stage of the career isn’t the end of the World.

Hopefully Dubois and Gorman take note.

I have watched interviews with Hearn and Coldwell, both saying they thought Fitz nicked it. Then one with Fowler himself saying that Fitz needed a KD to get the nod going into the last and "fair play he got it and knocked me down" but hmmm, you think Fowler won 9 of 10.

* Edit, I have just read that you are his uncle. I understand being biased but i think we respect people who can separate that and give an honest opinion.

I'll happily rewatch any round from 1-8 in isolation that you think Fitzgerald won.

I thought Fowler acquitted himself well after the fight given what had gone on and what he said he was going to do. Took it like a man and he will be back.

No, strange comments on here. All seems to be based around Fowler having a big mouth or some really odd comments that I'm a relation. I tend to deal more in what happens in the ring and how rounds went.

2 even rounds... and one of them is a 9-9.

People just score fights how Adam Smith and Froch tell them to.

I agree that maybe when some fans are on the edge, they might listen to the commentary. But if anyone knows Sky commentary, they’re always rooting for 1 guy..

Like they had Bellew win all rounds against Usyk and the rounds that Usyk did win, they gave it a 10-10..

Froch always does this. Any round the ‘away’ fighter wins, they give it 10-10..

Just turn the sound off

Not that much but IMO he edged it. Of course, him being a "nice fellow" made that split decision satisfying for many
