Whatever happened to Sergey Kovalev’s felony assault charge, with the preliminary hearing scheduled for the 14th March? Also, what became of the corresponding $8m lawsuit against Krusher that was filed by the alleged felony assault victim, Jamie Frontz?
Has Sergey Kovalev paid her off, because on her Twitter account, Jamie Frontz keeps labouring over the fact that she’s in a really good place in her life right now and hasn’t mentioned Krusher’s name since the 31st January?
If Sergey was cleared of any wrongdoing, wouldn’t Kathy Duva, Krusher himself, Top Rank & ESPN be doing their upmost to boast about his innocence, since they'd need to repair his damaged reputation?
The silence seems strange to me. It strongly implies a payoff if we never hear about this story ever again.
From the 1 and only 1 lawsuit I filed. I was instructed I could not discuss the case who I was suing why I was suing or the fact we settled out of court.

Are you saying Kovalev has very likely settled out-of-court with Jamie Frontz? I'm surprised the press hasn't picked-up on this.
My lawsuit took 18 months before settling.

A purse bid hearing scheduled for April 8 in the World Boxing Organization’s (WBO) headquarters in San Juan, Puerto Rico will reveal who gets to promote Kovalev-Yarde along with when and where such a bout will take place.

According to court documents, the alleged victim—Jamie Frontz, who has also filed an $8 million lawsuit against the boxer—reported to authorities of her being attacked by the boxer after rejected his advances at a party held earlier in the evening. Kovalev and one of his friends allegedly followed Frontz to her cabin, the location of the alleged attack where she claims to have suffered a broken nose, a concussion and a displaced disk in her neck after being punched in the face.
