The good thing is he comes and posts only 10 crazyass things and disappears back into the sewers.tiny_acres wrote: ↑07 Apr 2019, 11:47 When getnada, assffukt, asstrodumbass shows up this place turns in to the twilight zone

Yeah, I don't get how he just makes new profile and posts his trash again. BoxRec too lenient.tiny_acres wrote: ↑07 Apr 2019, 11:49 Bad thing is. Is that he's been banned a half dozen times and comes back

I'm laughing but it's hard to wake up on a Sunday and see that he's launched a full invasion on the forum.
I may not agree with others but I respect them.
This guy is just the biggest pain in the a$$ here
Re: What's with Whyte?
I would think he doesn't want any more "Earn a shot" type fights because he's already done more to earn a big fight than any other contender out there. So now he just wants that big fight he's due. Fair enough I'd say.
He might oughta beat up a bum every few months or so just to keep his name out there, but I wouldn't be fighting any more guys who had a solid chance of beating me, and taking away my shot if I was him.
Breazeale is getting Wilder in May, and Whyte has done at least twice as much as Breazeale to be Title shot worthy.

Re: What's with Whyte?
I'd say there's enough. It's just that every little thing that displeases a few people don't need moderating.

He did just get dealt with.tiny_acres wrote: ↑07 Apr 2019, 12:01 When a guy openly admits he's someone who was just banned for racist comments. I'd think he'd be dealt with.
You guys bitch about people so much I never know what you're talking about. I assumed you guys were bitching about Enlightened One when I first read this

Sorry. No I actually like EO.
He's self centered and long winded but harmless
Thanks for dealing with my constant bitching about this troll.

I would agree with him, he fought his way to a shot, but the powers that be and his own decisions to turn down fights have left him in a sort of limbo.gilgamesh wrote: ↑07 Apr 2019, 11:58 I would think he doesn't want any more "Earn a shot" type fights because he's already done more to earn a big fight than any other contender out there. Re: What's with Whyte?
EO is just annoying, putting it nicely. I just put him on ignore. He doesn't create harm, other than hijacking threads and being unable to see anyone else's point of view.
Re: What's with Whyte?
I for one really enjoy EO's posts.
Admittedly his posts are on the longer side, but they are well constructed, researched and written well. I personally do not dislike well written literature, and is to some extent a breath of fresh air from some of the illiterate imbeciles on here (which are numerous).
Favourite posters include:
Enlightened-One
CandySlim
Oogiebe
KiwiRider
Ruthless-RKO
Lakeos
To name a few (it's quite likely I have missed many, but these are the ones that immediately spring to mind).

I'm honored and don't deserve such recognition. I respect your views and one day I'll take EO off the foe list. But not yet...not yet...Rob3_142 wrote: ↑07 Apr 2019, 14:10 I for one really enjoy EO's posts.

Re: What's with Whyte?
In regards to the OP, I think many of my thoughts have been already well covered by a number of excellent posts already on this topic.
In summary, I am a big fan of Whyte (I appreciate his persona is a little bit of an acquired taste), largely because he is one of the few genuine warriors in the division, who throws it all on the line to progress up the ladder. Unfortunately, as a byproduct of this, he has become an avoided risk by those in privileged positions (i.e. belt holders or mandatory challengers). I don't expect that to change anytime soon.
Whyte is the less lucrative version of Anthony Joshua. He probably holds as much risk, if not a little less than Joshua, with probably about 50% of the commercial value. If the likes of Wilder and Fury are guna put it on the line, it's going to be against Joshua for retirement levels of money.
So who does that leave? Not a whole lot. I don't know what Ortiz options are, but he's arguably one of the only guys who'd warrant PPV status. Pulev has already done decent business with Matchroom, so is also a viable option. Outside of this, he's struggling. Sad times.

Re: What's with Whyte?
Whyte lambastes Charr for not taking bout. Charr hasn't fought in 1 1/2 years. At least he was recently dropped from BoxRec rankings. Whyte needs to find a fight soon.
