This is the tricky question. I am not quite sure, but I think the answer is NO.

I couldn't help but think of that during the time I was reading all the wonderful changes Khan's made. Um...it doesn't matter.

Khan had some moments in the past, but against the Crawford he is lost in advance. OK, he will be be a rich man after the match.

He has, but now it's KTFO watch. Khan always comes to fight and has some pretty decent tools. If he can avoid being tagged, he'll still be up against a superior fighter. So yeah...Khan lost already.

He's already very rich. It surprises me he's so disliked. If boxing was full of Khan's it would be a much better sport. He's a rare modern fighter like froch and Dawson that will fight anyone.

yes Khan deserves a lot of respect. Hes either one of the bravests fighters ever or plain crazy. The thing about how he gets KTFO is that not only viewers know its very likely it happens again, he must know it himself. He still goes out there and gives a good account of himself every time. Going into a fight thinking "If this guy hits me ill probably get put to sleep again" has to be awful.

I worry about his long term health. If hes well financially and this fight ends as expected with him laying flat out of his senses I hope he calls it a career.

I think the chin issue is much more connected with the genetics than with the training.
I doubt that any fighter (including Khan) can improve his weak chin.
This is something like punch power - some fighters have mighty power, some fighters have not, and there is no training methods to change this a lot.

I agree. I think the only thing you can do to MAYBE improve taking a shot is thickening your neck. The rest is just what Val says...genetics.

Khan like most boxers fights for the money, but unlike most boxers he seems to have zero regard for his own health. This could indicate tremendous stupidity and/or tremendous self belief.

I'd say to Amir, go out there and win in shadow style. Put the pressure on Crawford to make something happen, frustrate him and punish him if he gets reckless. If necessary, a boring win is nothing to be ashamed of against Terence Crawford.

Khan's best fight was probably against Maidana, and this would be a great time to repeat that.

You can learn how to avoid the punches, surely, and that's it. :TU:

I am curious if Crawford will fight in orthodox stance against Khan.

He's definately gonna switch. Probably fight most of it as southpaw.. seeing as Khan always boasts that he has not lost against one..

Think this will be competitive only for a couple of rounds. Khan is a very entertaining fighter and no doubt has heart but I think he’s far more speed than skill. Great straight punches, very little defence other than backward stepping or pushing. Punch variety used to be better with Roach, now seems to throw only straights. Pacing issues.

Very hard to beat in the first 4 rounds when he was in prime condition. Had speed and skill enough to know his distance however now he’s not I wouldn’t be surprised with an early stoppage or Khan completely disengaging agaisnt this type of opponent,

You can back Crawford at a very tempting 6/1 for a stoppage in rounds 1-3.
Or at 7/2 if you add in another round (1-4).

Khan lasted until 6 against Canelo, but he was more "prime" 3 years back.

Cheaper than Spence-Garcia.

Is it worth it?

Might bring in more buys.

It’s revenue that counts though.
