As things stand Baranchyk is still in however I did read somewhere that burns would be the replacement

Saw an interview with Shane Mcguigan (Taylor's trainer) in which he claims the WBA has mandated Baranchyk vs Taylor, so if he pulls out, Taylor will still fight for the belt and Baranchyk will have effectively given his belt up for nothing.

Not sure who would replace Baranchyk, but I assume it would have to be someone highly ranked with the WBA.
