Lomachenko's top five p4p list.

Post by ValMar »

1. Crawford
2. Usyk
3. Canelo
4. Spence
5. M. Garcia

An interesting list. As a real gentleman he did not mention his name. What do you think about his list ?

Loma is 10x the man Crawford is because Crawford wouldn't even put Loma in his top 10.

Spence deserves to be further up from Garcia than 1 slot.

ESPN/TR probably ordered Lomachenko to rank Crawford first.

I guess you must be getting pretty tight with Bud Crawford.

When did he share that with you?

That would've been my comment too. There's gotta be more than one rank difference between these two.

Maybe Loma ranks Garcia higher than he should be because he sees him as a potential future opponent.

Just a question to all the informed boxing heads - do you enter the p4p list for collecting belts or quality of opponents because some of the names mentioned above are just belt collectors ^!

He shouldn't, they're never going to fight.

1 rank difference doesnt tell us how big a difference he sees between them, you can for example see #2 being well ahead of #3, but #5 only slightly ahead of #6

and ya, because of course when the fought any size difference was eliminated and mikey, the guy whod just fought at lightwegith and won a title at 126, became naturally as big as errol LOL

Everything needs to be explained to those with limited reading skills. Nothing can be implied to the limited.

Loma is restrained, modest, and not boastful. Though he has plenty he could be boastful about. For example, within hours after his Crolla fight the youtube video had nearly 1 million views. Anyone that follows boxing knows of his accomplishments.

I implied above that Crawford is not restrained, not modest, and is boastful. Not really a surprise though, considering who he is. Lo and behold, if BS has an article of Crawford declaring this of himself:

"Crawford: I'm The Best Boxer in The World - Hands Down!"

Only Crawford's fans equal his insecurity

Am I the only person on the planet that doesn't get this obsession with the greatness of Canelo?. Sure he's a very fine fighter, no argument but he needed the help of the judges to gain his "wins" over Golovkin and despite showing me that he (GGG) was better than Canelo he doesn't feature on the list :maybe:

I really hope that Jacobs gives a him a drubbing.

..his "wins" are indeed suspicious especially the first one..his doping violations still leave a bad taste....

Good list. Id remove Garcia who hurt his stock with the idiotic Spence fight and Id include Inoue instead.

Hope springs eternal, they say.

But I fear you're in for another disappointment.

Jacobs loves to throw those wide shots. Canelo won't have much problem besting him to the punch.

And if the Latin Snake can sit you on your ass, imagine what Canelo will do.

A drubbing? Yes, I expect one. But not the way you prefer.

I am sure Loma also thinks that he is the best, just being modest.

He would have to think he's at least near the top.

Obviously. Is he just purposely omitting himself or being far too humble?

The guy positively beamed and smirked on live television as he nicknamed himself "no mas chenko."

I don't feel "modest" and "humble" should describe him.

OK, he is not being modest. He just skips the obvious: he is the p4p king. The rest are just numbered guys.
