Either Oakland Billy Harms of Everett, Washington transported himself between Vernon, California and Seattle on the same day, or we have two Billy Harms. So, beware:

Just out of curiosity was the Billy Harms fighting Washington referred to as Oakland Billy Harms?

Yep. "Oakland Billy Harms."
Local WA papers usually identify him as being from Everett, WA.
The LA TIMES did not identify a hometown for the one fighting in Vernon that same day.
