I really try not to get flipped out until the b sample comes in.
But weight loss pills for the big guy really makes sense. Hope the b sample clears him so the fight goes on. But I doubt it

Joshua picks the weakest opponent that's for sure...

bizarre to throw 'hell choose the weakest guy' stuff at the guy with the deepest resume in the division right now, even with half the pro time of wilder and fury

Rarely do the two test not match. NYSAC has already denied Miller his license. It's as good as done. I like Ortiz better anyhow, despite the irony that he's been caught cheating as well. Although Ortiz said it was too short notice. Same for Whyte.tiny_acres wrote: ↑17 Apr 2019, 14:10 I really try not to get flipped out until the b sample comes in.

Re: Joshua vs Miller in Jeopardy After Miller Fails VADA Test
My opinion he will choose the weakest opponent.
Only because any serious title challenger would not accept the fight on such short notice
That's not a negative on Joshua or even Hearn.
It's just reality

So not exactly his 'choice.' But most likely.tiny_acres wrote: ↑17 Apr 2019, 19:25 My opinion he will choose the weakest opponent.

Six weeks to go. No one really compelling available or willing to take it on short notice.tiny_acres wrote: ↑17 Apr 2019, 19:49 There's going to be a list.
One with every serious contender
The other with realistic choices.
Ortiz refused
Whyte refused
Pulev Bad Cut
Kownacki?? (hmmm...)
Parker (no one interested)
Then you have the next tier (Only out of desperation)
Rivas
Kabayel
Kuzmin
Hunter
Joyce? (PBC and should be in England if they were to fight)
Hearn and AJ are really screwed here.

David Haye has suggested his man, Chisora, as the replacement.
Hearn was supposedly interested but said possible talks won't begin until after Chisora's fight Saturday.
Doubtful that there would be any real interest in matching 2 Brits at MSG.
And Chisora qualifies as a complete unknown in America.

Re: Joshua vs Miller in Jeopardy After Miller Fails VADA Test
I sincerely doubt Chis would be able to fight this weekend and then turn around and be ready to challenge for the title. He's nearly a worse case among top 20's.SenorPipino wrote: ↑17 Apr 2019, 19:56 David Haye has suggested his man, Chisora, as the replacement.

the chisora and aj bout will not happen from what I know they are good pals outside of boxing (both boxed for finchley abc back in the ammys)
that being said if the £ is right chisora will scrap a goat for a pint of milk and some change

Chisora will not get the fight for numerous other reasons.kbackup408 wrote: ↑17 Apr 2019, 20:53 the chisora and aj bout will not happen from what I know they are good pals outside of boxing (both boxed for finchley abc back in the ammys)

Friendship or not Chisora is not stupid. If the opportunity arises to get a title shot and a good pay day he'd take it

It's going to be Charr. The wba can get rid of him, pay him a fraction of what Miller was getting and they weren't going to generate shit for subscriptions anyway. The Brits were the majority of the crowd anyway and they have flights and rooms book. Roll to ny and watch aj smash whomever.
Re: Joshua vs Miller in Jeopardy After Miller Fails VADA Test
Close...apparently it’s Fres not Charr.

Um I wasn’t joking but I can’t find a link to the source which cites Dan Rafael. I’ve gone onto his twitter and it’s not there. The news came on face book. So...I guess take it with a grain of salt.

The more I’m looking the less I’m finding so maybe was a troll/fake article. Sorry people.

Wouldn’t be good for AJ, wouldn’t be good for Dazn or boxing. This year has been very lacklustre already imo.tiny_acres wrote: ↑17 Apr 2019, 22:55just glad it isn't true.
Could you imagine the fallout from such a pathetic choice?
