Are You Buying The Khan-Crawford PPV?

Post by Boxerbeetle »

Wondering how many of us are planning to buy this. Huge shame to have Crawford hidden away behind fvcking BT PPV, imo. I think it’s going to do very badly - Khan hasn’t been a real draw for years now.

Khan is going down in 1, what's the point?

I will be surprised if this PPV does 50k in the UK - could do good numbers in the states in total 250k sounds realistic

Nope. Can't afford these prices so I'll wait for a more competitive fight. The ending here is inevitable.

I think this will be a barn-burner while it lasts. Won't watch live due to time of the fight though.

Will probably watch the Garcia fight over on ITV4 & catch this in the morning to be honest. Always enjoy watching Crawford but PPV for this particular match-up seems wrong.

It might be the first one I haven't bought in many years. Hope Khan performs a miracle.

2019 is the year of the one-sided fight.

Crawford's best win might be Ricky Burns and that was 5 years ago.

Surely the Indongo win would be better, since Indongo comprehensively beat Burns immediately prior to being smashed up by Crawford?

The Postol win was actually quite good. Dropped him twice too..

Postol had no answers for Crawford.

I’ll be buying.
I like Khan, I like Crawford and I’m expecting an entertaining 6 rounds or so.

I thought it was on normal BT Sport and had not planned on staying up for it but just watching in the morning. I will not be paying for this. Mid morning youtube will be fine for me

And postal, Beltran and Gamboa. Ezz is not Crawford's biggest fan.

He’s stil with Matchroom for this fight - Sky declined the fight as a PPV - with it being 4.30/5am start even combining with o2 show wasn’t appealing.

True but... Indongo lost his next 2 fights which proves conclusively that Burns ruined him.

Seriously though, Khan is only 1 year older than Crawford. Tel needs to raise his sights above a Jeff Horn rematch.

Yeh; so BT just paid to get the rights.

I knew sky didn’t want the bout as PPV over here.
