8 rounder? I thought he was fighting for the WBA Incontinent bauble...
Re: Conor Benn v Josef Zahradnik
If saw there was talk of Benn fighting Kelly later in the year. Kelly will make easy work of him.
Re: Conor Benn v Josef Zahradnik
Kelly will school benn
Re: Conor Benn v Josef Zahradnik
josef is the guy who took a beating vs jason easton. he at least seems durable
would they really make benn vs kelly? benn so obviously loses that fight. i wouldve thought it would at least be a few more years of very careful matchmaking

I cannot quite believe how lucky we are to have the number 6 ranked welterweight in the world, according to the prestigious WBA, appearing here this weekend.
Thank god for this organisation, else we would have to rely on the shambolic boxrec who only place this global superstar at number 286.

Something tells me Conor is going to go completely off the rails when he loses for the first time.
On a par with Clarissa Shields for delusion!

I can't remember the last time I saw someone under 30 without a tattoo. Expressing their individuality by looking the same as everyone else. Grubby.

So... Do you think those elaborate tattoos continue down to his cock and balls? Asking for a friend.

I thought he showed better defence and more patience.Elpidiphor wrote: ↑20 Apr 2019, 16:23 Like always - absolutely nothing special. Though won without a problem and any doubts

Nothing wrong wight your impression. His opponent ()tough enough but very limited) was specially picked up to give Connor a chance to looks more or less improving if you would compare him with himself in his fights against that French journeyman)) But Zahradnik was still a game for Benn Jr though.

Re: Conor Benn v Josef Zahradnik
IMO Benn Jn has no potential to be even a British welterweight champion. But a guy will still atract attention cause o his surmane and agrassive self-confident behavior and arrogant style of fighting
Re: Conor Benn v Josef Zahradnik
For me he hasn't shown enough to win a domestic title yet. He has already shown a dig and heart at a lower level.
Last night he showed more punch variation and defensive know how.
His feet and hands are fast enough.
Still a work in progress, only 22 with barely any amateur experience. He is showing improvement and there is no need to rush him yet.
Because of his name he will get his shot, no harm in waiting untill he is ready and waiting to see what his real level is.
I thought last night showed some good matching.

He can go but he still has to learn a lot.
