i think its a fair decision by the board. perhaps a 6 month ban and 5k fine would have been a bit fairer for someone who is not a big earner.

on the plus side......the incident in the fight has given Kash great publicity, and any publicity is good publicity.

Fair punishment. His difficulty in getting another "biggish" fight will be further punishment.

Dunno about that , I think he'll struggle to get fights after what happened .

Nah, 50% fine is ‘fine’.
The 6 months is neither here nor there, he doesn’t fight any more often than that anyway.

in boxing failing a test, getting a fine , etc...often really has no negative impact for long term prospects.

He is a fairly boring, sparring partner type. Plus he bottled it. Fine, ban or not, why would anyone want to watch him again?

Has he been stripped of his area title?

If not his next fight could well be a defence of it against Mark Bennett

It was a very boring fight even with the bites. He's better suited to being on the away side on non-televised small hall shows.
