Incorrect Fighters

I've noticed a few bouts credited to incorrect fighters with the same name:

Ivy Brown fought fought this Leon Washington http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/348323 (from Texas), not Leon Washington from New York http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/24406
Reference: https://www.newspapers.com/newspage/68392183/

The Jose Luis Gonzalez from this fight http://boxrec.com/en/event/53321/84701 should be Jose Luis Gonzalez #028140. The heavyweight and super lightweight boxers are mixed up.
