25 bucks for PPV in the states would at least double possibly triple what it would normally do.

Even 49.99 would provide a huge boost in viewership. Boxing has been pricing itself right out of the United States market.

Interesting. It would need to treble to bring in the same revenue. Although even trebling the number and bringing in the same revenue would increase the size of the overall market

Nothing like trebling. LOL! I think it might be too late for that. The interest in the US is at such a low.

I think a price of £70.00 would completely decimate the ppv market in the UK.

There were rumours that they would try a price of £30.00 for Mayweather v Pacquao but in the end they chickened out and charged 19.95 which was actually a slight increase at that time. The normal price seems to be £19.95 these days, BT are charging that price nowadays. too.

Golovkin-Brook was the last fight on PPV at £16.95 I believe.

Then from their, the AJ fights were always £19.95.

For May-Mac, I remember seeing an article that FMJ wanted Sky to price the fight at £100, just like it was $100 in the US.

Sky declined.
