Thomas was an underrated fighter by most. He was a tough tough fighter with terrific skills. in his prime, he'd outclass Tua.

Thomas beat both. Easily over Hercules and tougher fight with Terrible Tim.

I'd recommend the Tillis fight. Tillis was favored and it was a decent watch.

Wow bold predictions. I'll say he might have drawn with Coetzee had he fought him. :OhYes:

Thomas had a great jab. He really could outbox Tua. But Thomas wasn't too hard to hit, Tua could pull out a victory after being outboxed. as he had down not a single time.

He was trying to take the George Foreman bum of the month route to a last payday, by then he was totally shot.

Many other old fighters came out of the woodwork in the 90's, like Quarry, Lyle and Shavers. One major difference with Foreman was that he wasn't washed up when he originally retired, the rest were.

And to answer the original question, prime Thomas by decision, he'd have to concentrate but I think he had the skills to see himself home here.
