What about Kubrat "The Kissing Man" Pulev? He's ranked #1 by one organization so AJ takes care of a mandatory. I admit when he's not kissing hot reporters, he's not the most exciting fighter in the world, but he's getting on in years and deserves a shot certainly more than Hunter.

He's the IBF mandatory so his shot is more or less assured ... if he wants it. (I'm not convinced) He doesn't need to jump at this chance.
Kubrat is not silly enough to risk his mandatory status by fighting anyone he isn't sure he can beat
