It is surprising.

He's such a dinosaur.

It's like investing in a Yugo.

I have and happily pay for dazn. I wouldn't even log in for it.

I'll be watching AJ whoever is in the opposite corner (although not necessarily live on PPV) because his fights are invariably very exciting. Same goes for Wilder fights.
Nothing prestigious about tits in male boxing.

I know what you mean but look what he managed to do for Stiverne ... I mean getting a totally undeserved title shot rather than a totally deserved demolition :D

Don't misunderstand me Roy I can't stand the man, but I can see why his connections and way of getting what he wants might appeal to some boxers. You might loathe and fear Satan but you'd rather he was working on your behalf than against you wouldn't you? :D

Not in themselves, no but I'd like to believe what counts is who you've beaten and who's beaten you.

Sure, Ruiz brings nothing to the table there either.

Yeah, losing to a guy that AJ beat handily (Parker) doesn't say much for his chances. And that may be his best performance.

"Jiggly" man. Comes straight forward, would get wrecked. Second tier HW at best. Can't take a guy in that sort of shape seriously.

I agree that Ruiz gets destroyed by Joshua. If the qualification requirement for fighting Joshua is that you must have a realistic chance of beating him, then the options menu is going to be a short one. Then if you remove those that don't fancy the job, are otherwise engaged, or can't take the fight for whatever reason then the list looks something like this:
