Nope. Surprisingly.

Normally that’s what FW does.

But it’s still going ahead.

Braw. I’ve, for once, got time to watch this and the Dubois and Williams fights are ones I’m interested in as is Zak Chellis

I imagine Frank started from the 200th best Heavyweight on Boxrec and worked his way down to find a replacement. The highest ranked Heavyweight willing to take the fight on short notice was 334th in the world. Take a bow Richard Lartey for saving the card.

I have the dread that Dubois is going to be one of these guys who slides up the rankings feasting on knock overs until he is 18-0, ranked as a mandatory, and lining up a title fight.
And why not?
Miller almost did it.

Think people need to be a bit realistic here. AJ fought Jason Gavern in his 11th pro fight - DD’s progress is probably faster than AJ’s (at this stage)

this is what happens when a HW turns pro when he is young, pretty much a can collector till his 20th bout - although Dubois has had some good tests in Kevin Johnson!

We've got previous for this, many times over the years.

David Price, Audley Harrison, Terry Flanagan, Enzo Mac, Kevin Mitchell, John Murray....

There will be many more

Has anyone seen the weigh in?

It looks like they’ve gone ‘sh1t Lartey didn’t get his visa. Oh f UJC it, get some random from the local mall, nobody will know the difference.’

What a sham this is going to be.
Lartey #335
Dubois #47
I feel the lower the opponent a prospect fights, the less he learns from it.
