It kind of is because being drunk makes you lose control, when I'm drunk I will piss literally anywhere, when I'm sober the only time I'll piss anywhere other than a toilet is if there isn't one about. Drink alters your personality tremendously, I've seen it enough working the doors years back, they come in all happy "Hiya mate" and all that but when they've had a few and start causing a scene they're almost a different person when you're trying to throw them out they turn into Billy Big Bollocks.
