As much as I hate to say it, I see Canelo knocking out Jacobs in the 7th. I’ve always felt Jacobs was overrated. This means everyone should bet Jacobs right now

Have to say I agree, though I'd love to see him win.

For anyone just checking in, Vergil Ortiz Jr is a serious threat to anyone. He is absolutely wicked talented and skilled. In a couple of years he is coming for the welter division.

I think Jacobs will take it straight to Canelo... Hes gonna be coming in 190-195... But Canelo can take a shot... This'll be damned interesting... I want Jacobs to win, but Canelo has all the advantages other than the size factor (ie, judges). Jacobs will have to knock him out in order to win.

lol - I agree. I don't see Jacobs doing enough damage on Canelo. I'd be happy if its competitive, thats what we want as fans. No doubt Jacobs is a very worthy contender however I feel Canelo is a step ahead, a class above.

If he takes it straight to Canelo he's disadvantaging himself and opening himself up to those hooks of Canelo - Canelo has the best hooks in the game currently. Jacobs game is length imo.

Nevada commission executive director told me earlier that instant replay will be in use tonight if needed. Referee can go to the replay during a round to check any call such as butts, slips, knockdowns, cuts, etc...

Cards are already written. Will be hotly contested, seemingly somewhat even fight that Canelo will win on the cards 116-112x2, 115-113. Jacobs needs 2 knockdowns to get a decision, bare minimum. One aint enough.

Jacobs will mix it up w/ the boxing but he's going to go for a stoppage. Everybody in the business knows you cannot allow it to go to the scorecards with Canelo.

190-195? Stop it. Nobody puts on 35 lbs of water weight in a day. He will be about 180.

Ring walks are up coming. Anyone scoring the fight, head on over to fight-score.com and try out our unique scorecard concept, where you add a reason for each round score. Think you'll like it, and this should be a close fight!

As customary with any Canelo fight it is utterly pointless to actually bother to score it from your couch.

I just want to hear a singer not feel compelled to go totally frickin' nuts on the vocal theatrics in the American anthem.
