It was definitely competitive. They both fought well. Ortiz looks like a problem.

Really enjoyable fight, Canelo 7-5 for me. His head movement, shot selection and accuracy was superb. He’s a real class act.

Jacobs made it an interesting fight and tough to score in some rounds.

Canelo edged it a bit. This time scorecards were fair enough. 115-113 is fine. Jacobs were more active, Canelo was more effective.

You must have poor bandwidth. I've never had a choppy moment.

People on social media are calling this a boring fight. I thought it was more interesting that the golovkin Jacobs fights with a big swing in momentum and big clean shots landed. I liked it a lot. High level stuff.

Easy fight to score for Canelo. Jacobs didn't do anything to press the fight. Good luck at 168 Danny!

Jacobs outworked Canelo, so he did something for sure. But Canelo was more precise.

Not unless they can stop him or afford to turn. down $$$$$$$.

Entire thing, including the result was predictable. We all knew that to get the decision Danny would need to do more than that, much more. Not many expected a stoppage either way.

In the end it was all too easy for the judges to deliver the required cards. Close but no cigar.

That said, good show from Canelo, and Jacobs too.

It was a decent fight. Canelo looked great early on, Danny found himself mid fight won a few rounds, then it tightened up at the end. I thought the judges were spot on.

Yes, perhaps Canelo is fighting clean now.
His stamina against GGG was quite surprising.

Anyway, right now there's not too much between Golovkin, Jacobs and Canelo.

They can probably walk through the rest of the division.

Shades of Spence v Garcia. Defence v risk.

Cartel's mission accomplished Canelo gets the belts.

Just one more piece in the $$$$$$$$ jigsaw required -
Canelo v Golovkin 3!

You know it's coming.

I feel like the last 2 judges gave Jacobs the last 2 rounds just to make their scorecards closer.

I feel Canelo came on strong those 2 rounds.

Can’t argue with Canelo winning at least 5 of the first 7 rounds easy.

Yeah, Canelo won final 2 rounds. And I gave him 4 in the first 7.

Had those 2 judges given the last 2 to Canelo, the final cards would have been:

117-111, 117-111, 116-112

But like I said, they probably didn’t want too much of a wide card.

Gennadiy Golovkin’s fashion sense is absolutely terrible!

He recently wore an illuminous yellow blazer when photographed with his new trainer, Johnathon Banks, and in this photo he appears to be wearing an effeminate and flamboyant salmon pink coat.

And why wear sunglasses inside a dark arena?

He should consider becoming a contestant on RuPaul's Drag Race.

He’s a good fighter but he should have at least 2 more losses on his record. If you cant admit that he gets favorable scores then I’m not sure what to tell you.

Instructions from DAZN : make yourself more visible. We've got a brand to build here.

How you do it is your choice.

And guess what? Its working.
